Hotel Soho Barcelona is right in the heart of the Eixample, at number 543 Gran Vía, just steps away from Plaza Universidad.
Our Barcelona hotel is near Las Ramblas with Plaza Universitat, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Ramblas (the old city) all easily walkable. Plaza Espanya and the Barcelona Fira are also easy to get to, for those traveling on business.
Other popular tourist attractions easily accessible from the hotel include the Boqueria marketplace, the Liceu Theatre, the MACBA or CCCB museums, and the entirety of the Gothic neighborhood: the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Catalonian Music Palace and much more.

Public transportation nearby the hotel:
Metro: The nearest stop is “Urgell” on the Red Line (L1). The “Universitat” stop (LI and L2) is also very close.
Bus: Many different bus routes stop nearby to the hotel: 9, 14, 20, 37, 50, 56, 59…
Tourist bus: The closest stop is at Plaza Universidad, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Transportation to and from Barcelona’s Prat Airport:
AEROBUS: The Aerobus leaves terminals every 10 minutes. It’s quick and comfortable, with plenty of space for baggage. The ride takes 30-40 minutes and costs €5.30 per passenger. The stop closest to the hotel is the corner of Gran Via with Urgell.
TAXI: You’ll find a taxi stand right outside the airport terminals. A taxi ride to the hotel will take 30-35 minutes and should cost about €30-35.
TRAIN + METRO: The train leaves the airport station every 10 minutes and takes 35 to get to Sants Station. From there, you can hop on the Green Line (L3) to “Espanya” and then switch to the Red Line (L1), getting off at “Urgell.” The hotel is just a few steps away from the exit.
Transportation to and from the GRO Airport Gerona:
The Gerona Airport Bus will leave you at Estació del Nord. From there, take the Red Line (L1) from the “Arc de Triomf” stop (just opposite the bus station) to the “Urgell” stop. The hotel is just a few steps away from the exit.
